From September 24 to 26, the "10th Foundry Industry Innovation Development Forum" with the theme of "Innovation, Intelligence, and Green" was held in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. The forum consisted of a main conference with thematic reports, four parallel sub-forums on "Green Intelligent Technology, Innovative Technology Applications, Nonferrous Die-Casting Technology, and Frontier Technology in Casting," as well as corporate visits.

Shandong Huida Worm Ink Equipment Co., Ltd. was invited to participate in this forum and was shortlisted in the third batch of enterprises meeting the "Normative Conditions for Casting Enterprises". Since successfully completing its corporate restructuring, the company has achieved a "lighter entry" in production and operation, realizing new improvements in technological innovation, market expansion, strategic cooperation, and green transformation. The company successfully completed its first round of 7 million yuan in "angel round" financing, further strengthening the deep integration of management, technical teams, and corporate development through collective stock reform investment, demonstrating the unwavering confidence of all employees in the company's strategic direction and long-term value.

In terms of production line improvements, the company has initiated a project for the research and development of large precision special equipment for spheroidal graphite cast iron, as well as the upgrading of manufacturing equipment based on its existing annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of spheroidal graphite cast iron, ductile iron, gray iron components, various types of cast steel components, forgings, and welded components. They will transform the electric furnace and molding line and update the production environment through a "trade-in for new" approach, creating a "new quality productivity."

In terms of the integration of industry, academia, and research, the company has collaborated with universities such as Hebei University of Technology and Qingdao University of Science and Technology to establish a Research Institute for Lightweight Materials and an Academician Workstation, accelerating the application of ductile iron in fields such as petroleum and petrochemical equipment and high-speed rail. Currently, Huida Ductile focuses on high-end casting equipment, recycling of renewable resources, artificial intelligence, and digital management platforms, aiming to create a new materials hub for high-end equipment centered around ductile iron, low-density super steel, and lightweight magnesium alloys.

In terms of new product research and development, Huida Cermet's railway brake discs and coke oven protection plates have won the "Quality Castings Gold Award" at the China International Foundry Expo multiple times, demonstrating international first-class comprehensive strength. The company’s independently developed "multifunctional amphibious vehicle" holds multiple national invention patents. At the same time, the company has extended high-speed rail braking technology into the mechanical transmission field, successfully developing a breakthrough super steel braking system, achieving a new breakthrough in "high-precision and cutting-edge" products.
