On August 28, 2025, the Cast Iron Working Committee and the Standards Working Committee of the China Foundry Association jointly organized and held a technical review meeting of the group standard for "Creeping Iron Furnace Doors, Furnace Frames and Protective Plates for Coke Ovens" led by Shandong Huida Worm Ink Equipment Co., Ltd. in Zibo, Shandong Province. Li Zengli, deputy secretary-general of the Cast Iron Working Committee of China Foundry Association, expressed his sincere gratitude to the experts who participated in the review meeting, the main drafting unit of the standard, and Shandong Huida Worm Ink Equipment Co., Ltd. for their full undertaking and service of the conference work. The review meeting was presided over by Wang Lianjie of the Standards Committee of the China Casting Association.

The group standard technical review expert group of "Worm Iron Furnace Door, Furnace Frame and Protective Plate for Coke Oven" is composed of casting experts and professors from leading foundry enterprises, key universities, scientific research institutes, etc., and the members are: Xue Jier, vice chairman of the 9th Expert Committee of China Casting Association (leader of the expert group), Wu Binghuan, researcher and senior engineer of the second foundry plant of Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd., Zhao Lusheng, expert committee and senior engineer of China Foundry Association, Wang Zehua, professor of Hohai University, and Cao Yueshan, senior engineer of Jinan Casting and Forging Center of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group , Wen Jingbao, a researcher of Shandong Guode Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., and Li Zengli, executive deputy secretary-general and senior engineer of the Foundry Iron Committee of the China Foundry Association, including Wen Jingbao, a researcher of Shandong Guode Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., and Li Zengli, executive deputy secretary-general and senior engineer of the China Casting Association.

At the review meeting, Zhou Xinxing, general manager of the company, welcomed and thanked the experts for their arrival, and introduced the company's development, technology research and development, product innovation, etc. The drafting group standard of "Worm Iron Furnace Doors, Furnace Frames and Protective Plates for Coke Ovens" introduced the main contents, preparations and handling of main opinions of the standards.
The single weight of the furnace door, furnace frame and protection plate is about 3000kg, which is an oversized piece and is more prone to casting defects. At present, there are no relevant standards for the inspection and acceptance of furnace doors, furnace frames and protective plates in China. Shandong Huida Worm Ink Equipment Co., Ltd. put forward the product standards for furnace doors, furnace frames and protective plates for the first time, stipulating technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks, quality certificates, packaging, transportation and storage. The content of the document is practical and practical, and provides a basis for standardizing the production, manufacturing, inspection and acceptance of worm iron furnace doors, furnace frames and protective plates for coke ovens. In this regard, experts agree that this standard fills the gap in the domestic product standards for worm cast iron furnace doors, furnace frames and protective plates for coke ovens, and the standards are innovative and reach the leading level in China.

During the review meeting, the expert group carried out a systematic and rigorous review of the group standard one by one, strictly reviewed from the chapter framework to the specific provisions, and conducted in-depth technical discussions with the standard preparation working group around the scientific and applicable nature of the standard system. The standard drafting team attaches great importance to the professional guidance and suggestions put forward by experts, and said that it will implement the opinions and suggestions put forward by the expert group as soon as possible, and strictly follow the standard formulation procedures after modifying, supplementing and improving the standards, and accelerate the approval work.
After the meeting, the participating experts visited the company's foundry division, processing division and physical and chemical testing center. After the visit, experts had a discussion with enterprise management and technical personnel, and the participating experts put forward professional suggestions on the company's production process layout and process, product quality, and technical transformation project construction.
